24/6 access to your coach
Your success is my top priority, and I encourage my athletes to ask questions or come to me for support. We are in this together, as a team, and if you want to go over your program, talk about posing, or just need some extra motivation - you can message me anytime or set up a strategy call. Communication is paramount, and no question is a dumb question.. most the time. In return for the time I dedicate, I do ask for 1 day to recharge
Custom made meal plan + macros
Whether you're vegan, kosher, or have special dietary restrictions for PCOS, IBD, Hypo/hyperthyroidism.. We got you covered. Not only are you prescribed a comprehensive meal plan.. but you also receive the macros for every day of the week, every meal in a day, and every item within a meal. Progress check-ins & updates
Progress is closely monitored anywhere from once a week, to three times a day - based on your individual needs and proximity to show day. Updates will be made to your meal plan, training, cardio, supplementation, posing, and/or recovery - and returned within 24 hours.
In person 1-on-1 training
I believe that training is an area that a lot of competitors fall short, which is why I offer In person training exclusively to our athletes, and nobody else. Whether you need an extra push of intensity, or want to make sure your form is optimal - I make myself available for 1 on 1 training as well as group training, for an additional flat rate.
Periodized training & cardio
You will have access to the "Aesthetic Physique Training Principles" which was designed to help my athletes train smarter, harder, and more efficient than their competition. Your training and cardio regimen will be progressive in nature and based on YOUR body, YOUR experience, YOUR division, YOUR progress, and any injures YOU may have. Detail oriented because everything counts.
Exclusive team slack workspace
Everything you will need - exclusively and strategically placed in one location. Resources at your fingertips from team lifts and competition schedules, to zoom call archives, training guides, and plenty more. Multiple team lifts every week
Ever Sunday, and various days throughout the week - we train as a team at Big Tex gym, ATX. If you are local, you have the opportunity to get in there with not only your coach - but the rest of your team, and the best part is.. this is included in your rate at no extra charge. Take advantage, learn, practice, master your craft!
1-on-1 Merch & Show-day attire
All competitors receive a complimentary crop, tee, or tank when joining the team; as well as blinged out team robes for the ladies, and tall tees for the guys - on show day. TEAM KUSH athletes also receive 10% off, on all items in the online store.
Weekly team zoom calls
Connecting with the team is important to me, and every week we have the opportunity to discuss upcoming shows, congratulate wins, introduce new athletes. and break down different topics in the industry. All zoom calls are recorded and posted in the team facebook group and can be referred back to at any time.
Reverse diet / Metabolic rebuild
The following weeks (or months) after a hard deficit can be detrimental This is why i offer an 8-12 week flexible reverse diet plan to everyone, even if you are not working with me post show/transformation. Slowly transitioning back to normal based on your body's feedback is important when looking to stay lean in the offseason and avoiding stubborn body fat going into next prep.
Supplementation and PED guidance
From standard protocols for general health & performance - to anabolic cycle & lab work analysis.. your health is the number 1 priority. A detailed list of dose, frequency, duration, and even what brand to buy - is provided for each supplement that is recommended.
In person & zoom posing
Posing is an area of growth for about 90% of competitors, which means you can come out ahead by just perfecting your posing. If you have never posed before, don't worry - we will start from the ground up. If you think you're the best at posing, don't worry - we will find a way to improve. Posing is offered exclusively to our athletes either in person, or over zoom.
Me, backstage with you at your show
iwisnA lot can happen in the final moments before stepping on stage, and I ensure that my athletes have their coach by their side the entire time. Whether its in person at checkins, last minute adjustments to posing, pumping up properly before stage, or even getting you out of your head and in the moment - I am there
Individualized peak week
We have all heard the horror stories. one day they look great - the next they dont, and the day after the show they are posting pictures as if we didnt know the show was yesterday. Dont screw up because youre led to believe in unicorns! theres things that work, things that dont, and things that will vary between people. We will have gathered our data and done the research in the weeks leading up.
